We understand how busy your daily life can be. Work, kids activities, being an entrepreneur. With all of that going on who has time to stand in line at a bank and wait up to an hour. Carla the Notary Services believes in the value of time and will come to you and provide fast, accurate notarizing of your signature(s).
We offer fair and affordable flat rate travel fees $20 for up to 25 miles / $40 for 26 – 50 miles. Call for pricing over 50 miles. $20 convenience fee after 9:00PM. There is a $5 per signature notarized fee. If you need a witness for your document there is a $25 per witness fee.
Mobile Loan Closing Services
We understand that buying a home is one of the most wonderful experiences you can have. We also know that this can be a very stressful time for a home buyer.
Carla the Notary Services first goal is to remove the stress of closing on a home by providing you with a well trained and educated loan signer to guide you through the closing process. Your peace of mind and happiness is our priority.
We are fully mobile with the ability to receive, print and scan documents from our vehicle. This enables Carla the Notary to quickly respond last minute closing request.
We completed over 115 signings in the in 2019 for 20 different companies in the comfort of home buyers home.
